This initiative conducts outreach in correctional facilities to familiarize individuals with resources and mentorship prior to their release, aiding their mental, emotional, and practical preparation for reentry. After release, support persists through case management, resource navigation, educational opportunities, and connections to housing, healthcare, and community services.

- Individuals aged 18 and older who are currently in custody and awaiting release.
