About this resource
Offers assistance for utilities such as electricity, gas, heating fuel, and water, contingent on available funding.
Application Process: Interested individuals should call or visit the website to fill out the application request form. Applications are handled on a first-come, first-served basis. It is highly recommended that those who receive approval for assistance keep paying their utility bills until the energy assistance credit is reflected on their statements.
Location: Dustin Court is a cul-de-sac designated for the YCAP building, which may not be recognized by many GPS devices. To find the location, input "2170 NE Riverside Drive, McMinnville, OR" into a GPS, which will guide you close to the building. If you are not using a GPS: Turn onto SE Riverside Drive from SE Lafayette Road, and the YCAP building will be approximately 200 yards down on the left.
Cost: There are no fees associated with this assistance.
