About this resource
This program offers psychiatric rehabilitation for transition-age youth and adults dealing with serious mental health issues. The services provided encompass illness management, recovery groups and classes, treatment for dual diagnoses (both mental illness and substance abuse), as well as vocational and educational support.

Fees: We accept OHP, and offer sliding scale fees along with payment plans for those without insurance.
Who can use this
- Individuals aged 16 and above with a diagnosis of serious mental illness.
