Yamhill County Public Health
Community Resource
About this resource
This initiative aids pregnant individuals from early pregnancy until their child reaches two years old by linking new parents with specially trained nurses who offer support, guidance, and resource connections. The nurses conduct health and developmental assessments to detect any potential issues related to growth, hearing, social-emotional development, oral health, and more. Additionally, the program includes breastfeeding assistance, parenting support, and general education for parents.
Intake Procedure: Contact us for details and to arrange an appointment.
