County Veterans Service Offices (CVSOs) act as key resources for veterans, their dependents, and survivors to learn about various benefits, resources, and entitlements. They offer a range of services including: -Counseling on veterans' benefits and assistance with claims preparation, along with advocacy during the claims process -Guidance on federal VA benefits and additional state and federal benefits -Support for educational benefit claims -Help for veterans looking to enroll in VA health care -Assistance with obtaining military service documents -Aid with service-connection for disability claims, survivor benefits, and wartime pensions -Information on burial benefits -Details regarding veteran home loans.

- Veterans, their dependents, and surviving spouses
Documents you may need
- A copy of the veteran's discharge document (DD214 or Honorable Discharge). If these records are not available, the VSO will help get one. If other records are needed, the VSO will let the client know.
