The services provided cover routine physical examinations, sports physicals, treatment for illnesses and injuries, vision and hearing tests, blood pressure checks, vaccinations, mental health services, age-appropriate reproductive health care, routine laboratory tests, management of prescription medications, as well as education and promotion of health, fitness, and nutrition.
Intake Procedure: Schedule an appointment by calling.
Fees: Accepts OHP, certain private insurances, and offers sliding scale fees. No student will be denied service due to inability to pay.
