About this resource

Early Head Start is a home visiting initiative aimed at fostering healthy birth outcomes, improving child development, and enhancing parenting abilities. The program offers services such as home visits, social gatherings where parents and children interact with others, parenting workshops, goal-setting assistance, and networking opportunities for parents. Additionally, it provides classes for toddlers aged 24-36 months twice a week for four hours.

Who can use this

Children in foster care, homeless children, and those from families receiving public assistance are eligible regardless of income, while families with higher incomes may qualify based on specific needs, though those with greater needs are given priority.
