About this resource
This program provides one-time emergency grants of up to $250 for wounded, ill, or injured honorably discharged servicemembers or their caregivers to help with essential needs such as food, utilities, housing, and clothing. A request must be submitted by a case manager.
Application Process: Applications are accepted online, and a case manager is required to submit the request.
Fees: There are no fees associated with this program.
Who can use this
- Eligible individuals include Post 9/11 active duty military personnel, career or medically retired military, or honorably discharged servicemembers who have sustained injuries, wounds, or diseases during their service (with a VA rating of 60% or higher), as well as their immediate family members if they serve as caregivers.
