About this resource
The Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) is designed to support the health of eligible pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, along with infants and children under the age of 5. The program provides an eWIC debit card for purchasing nutritious foods, tailored nutrition advice, referrals to community services, and breastfeeding assistance, which includes access to breast pumps, lactation specialists, peer counseling, support groups, and classes.
To apply, individuals should schedule an appointment with a local clinic by visiting coloradowic.gov/find-wic-clinic. Alternatively, they can fill out an online referral form at healthinformatics.dphe.state.co.us/WICSignUp.
