The building consists of six stories with a total of 97 units, including 10 that are accessible for handicapped individuals. Residents are permitted to have pets weighing under 25 lbs. Amenities include a laundry facility, a service coordinator, 24-hour live-in staff, off-street parking, and transportation services for grocery shopping and trips to the local senior center.
