Who can use this
- Eligible are dependent children of: -Post 9/11 wounded, ill, or injured service members of any rank, whether currently active or not, -All ranks of Active Duty, Guard, and Reserves, regardless of duty status, or -Transitioning service members within 12 months post-discharge or retirement.
