This service provides crisis intervention, safety planning, and referrals to agencies across the country for victims of domestic violence and their supporters. Live chat assistance is accessible from 7am to 2am CT at http://www.thehotline.org/what-is-live-chat/. For Deaf callers, videophone support is available Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm PST at 855-812-1001, along with instant messenger and email support at deafhelp@thehotline.org.
