About this resource

Summer EBT is a program designed to offer grocery benefits to families, enabling them to purchase food for their school-aged children when school is not in session. Each summer, families receive a single annual payment of $120 on an EBT card for each eligible child to help with grocery expenses. Any unused Summer EBT benefits will expire 122 days after they are issued. A helpline is available for inquiries regarding general questions, eligibility verification, application status, and EBT card issues.

Application Process: Families can apply for benefits for 2026 at any time by filling out an application.

Location: The program is accessible via TriMet bus line 67.

Cost: There are no fees associated with this program.
