About this resource
This program provides medical detoxification services for adults requiring help to withdraw from one or more substances before starting a residential treatment program. Participation is voluntary, with a primary focus on managing withdrawal symptoms during the detox process. The program is supervised by licensed professionals, and participants have daily meetings with a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner who supports them through Medication Assisted Treatment.
Intake Procedure: Interested individuals should call the intake number or send an email for evaluation or referral.
Travel/Location: Located at I-84 East exit #304.
Fees: The program accepts OHP and private insurance and offers sliding scale fees for those without insurance. No one will be turned away from outpatient mental health or addiction services due to financial constraints.

- Single-parent households with children ages 0-6.
