This initiative provides vital support for low-income veterans and older adults who own their homes and require immediate repairs to enhance the safety and health of their living environments. Repair examples include painting, landscaping, removal of brush and junk, and fixing siding. The program may also address repairs or replacements for windows, doors, and wheelchair ramps.

Who can use this
- Applicants must be veterans or older adults earning between 30%-60% of the HUD Median Income in Linn County.
