About this resource
This service provides mediation for family law matters such as divorce, separation, custody, child support, spousal support, and the division of finances and property. Additionally, a general family law clinic is available.
Intake Procedure: For details, either visit the website or make a phone call.
Fees: New clients facing family law court cases can access two free mediation sessions (1.5 hours each). Subsequent sessions are charged at $125 per hour, with joint sessions costing $187.50 for 1.5 hours. Fee waivers should be requested during court filing. Payments can be made via cash, check, or credit card.
