This service provides tenants with advice, aids in negotiations with their landlords' legal representatives, and supports applications for rental assistance. Additionally, it offers in-person eviction defense for those facing eviction proceedings during the morning sessions at the Multnomah and East County Courthouses.
Intake Procedure: Reach out via phone, text, email, or visit the website for further details. In-Person Eviction Court Defense: Available for walk-ins.
Fees: No charges apply.
Who can use this
- Individuals must be below 400% of the federal poverty level, with most services available to tenants at the Multnomah County Courthouse clinic during their first eviction appearance; citizenship and legal residency are not prerequisites.
