About this resource
The organization strives to promote its social policy agenda to foster institutional change in areas that significantly impact African Americans, communities of color, and others. The Urban League of Portland collaborates with the state legislature, executive branch, city councils, school boards, and county commissions to pinpoint opportunities for policy reform.
