About this resource
This initiative links older adults to essential services that support their ability to live safely in their homes and communities, including elder law, home maintenance and minor repairs, housekeeping assistance, Medicare counseling, housing information and referrals, advocacy, and a senior ride program. It encompasses Oregon Project Independence Services (OPI) and other community resources. Furthermore, it provides short-term case management through Options Counseling and chronic disease management.

Fees: No charges apply.
Who can use this
- Individuals aged 60 and above, particularly within the African-American community.
