Community Resource
About this resource
This program may provide financial or legal support to households that have received an eviction notice for non-payment of rent. However, it cannot assist with evictions related to property damage, illegal activities, or disturbances. Support is not assured and is assessed on a case-by-case basis, and there could be a waitlist, meaning assistance is not immediate. Partner agencies strive to help households as quickly as possible.
Intake Procedure: Contact via call, email, or text for screening.
Fees: None.
Who can use this
- Households with any eviction notice related to non-payment of rent (including 72-hour, 10-day, 30-day, court-ordered, or notice of restitution).
