Who can use this
- Residents and families currently living in or relocating to Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland, Sammamish, or Issaquah. In Bellevue, Redmond, and Sammamish, the household income must not exceed 80% AMI. For Kirkland, the income cap is 60% AMI. In Issaquah, only move-in assistance, eviction prevention, and mortgage aid are provided, with the income limit set at 80% AMI. To qualify for financial support, applicants must be behind on rent or mortgage payments and should not have received assistance from the program in the last year. Priority is given to households with eviction notices or similar urgent situations.
