About this resource
This service provides non-emergency transportation that can be arranged for trips to and from covered medical appointments as well as for pharmacy pickups. It is designed to assist individuals when alternative transportation options are not accessible.
Intake Procedure: You can call to arrange a ride up to 30 days in advance. For next-day rides, scheduling must be completed by 4pm the previous day. If the trip exceeds 70 miles, a notice of 2 business days is required.
Fees: There are no charges for this service.
Who can use this
- Members of Medicaid/Oregon Health Plan (OHP) enrolled in Advanced Health.
Documents you may need
- Name of patient, phone number, date of birth, date and time of appointment, pickup and dropoff address and phone number, medical provider's name, and name of who the appointment is with
