About this resource
Health-related social needs (HRSN) encompass fundamental requirements that influence a person's health. These benefits assist eligible members with essential needs such as rent and utility payment support, tenant assistance, and storage fees. Importantly, members can access HRSN housing services only once during their lifetime.

Who can use this
- Eligible AllCare members must meet the following criteria: -Be 65 years or older, have children aged 0-5, be pregnant or have given birth in the last year, or have a qualifying health condition -Have a household income at or below 30% of the average yearly income in their area -Require assistance to maintain housing -Possess a lease or written rental agreement -Lack the means to avoid homelessness.
Documents you may need
- -Medicaid ID number -All pages of a rent/lease agreement -Proof of income for all people age 18 and older in the household
