This initiative delivers mental health assistance to parents and birthing individuals facing perinatal mood and anxiety disorders by providing connection, information, and resources. Available services include 24-hour phone support, peer support groups both online and in-person, and assistance for family members who wish to help someone dealing with postpartum depression or anxiety. Resource packets can be sent via email or postal service at no charge.
