This initiative hosts a monthly pop-up medical clinic in a public park and provides mobile healthcare services for individuals who are homeless. Intake Procedure: Individuals can walk in, call, email, or check the website for additional information.
Travel/Location: The clinic is located at Washington Jefferson Park, near the intersection of 5th Street and Washington Street, accessible via Lane Transit District bus EmX Monroe/7th station (westbound) and Monroe/6th station (eastbound).
Fees: There are no charges for the services.
