About this resource
This service delivers virtual intensive outpatient counseling that encompasses individual, group, and family therapy. It includes specialized tracks for trauma survivors (such as those affected by sexual assault, domestic violence, or other complex trauma), LGBTQ2+ individuals, maternal mental health, and neurodivergent clients, including those with autism, ADHD, or similar conditions, as well as co-occurring mental health challenges. Participants receive comprehensive support, which includes discharge planning, family support groups, and alumni events. Additionally, the program offers tailored information and referrals for mental health resources.

Fees: The program accepts Medicaid Coordinated Care Organizations (CCOs) such as CareOregon (HealthShare and Columbia Pacific), PacificSource Community Solutions, Samaritan Health Plans (InterCommunity Health Network), Trillium Community Health Plan (Centene, Oregon), Umpqua Health Alliance, Yamhill Community Care Organization, and most major insurance plans. There are also limited scholarships and hardship waivers available.
