About this resource
This service facilitates mediation for family law concerns such as divorce, separation, custody arrangements, child and spousal support, as well as the division of finances and property. Additionally, a general family law clinic is available.

Fees: New clients with an ongoing family law court case can access two complimentary mediation sessions (1.5 hours each). Further sessions are billed at $125 per hour or $187.50 for joint sessions lasting 1.5 hours. Fee waivers can be requested during court filing. Payments are accepted via cash, check, or credit card.
