Who can use this
- Individuals with misdemeanor or felony records who are off probation or parole, have no pending cases, are not involved in a plea of abeyance, and have settled all fines, fees, and restitution for the case they wish to expunge are eligible. Exceptions include registrable sex offenses, domestic violence offenses, certain weapon-related offenses, simple assault, and DUIs.
