This service provides legal support to nonprofit organizations regarding governance, bylaws, Articles of Incorporation, contracts, and conflict of interest policies. Additionally, it offers assistance with grantwriting and fundraising efforts.

Who can use this
- Organizations must be registered in Washington state, primarily charitable or community-focused, a 501(c)3 or 501(c)4 nonprofit, unable to afford legal fees without significantly impacting resources, and seeking help on organizational matters, excluding current or anticipated litigation.
