About this resource
This initiative aids families and individuals in finding and connecting with essential services such as housing, health insurance, child care, food assistance, and more. Local care coordinators operate from designated hubs to provide support.
Intake Procedure: To begin, call for an intake screening. After the screening process, clients will be directed to their local hub according to their county, which typically contacts them within a week.
Fees: There are no fees associated with this program.

- Available to families and individuals residing in Washington state.
