This program offers a variety of resources aimed at unpaid relative caregivers. These resources consist of information on available services, help with accessing those services, individual counseling, support groups, caregiver training, respite care, and limited supplemental services.
Intake Procedure: Interested individuals can call or visit the website for further details. Information about support groups can be obtained via phone or online.
Fees: There are no charges for these services.
Who can use this
- - Adult family members or informal caregivers caring for individuals aged 60 and above - Adult family members or informal caregivers for individuals of any age with Alzheimer’s disease and related disorders - Older relatives (not parents) aged 55 and older caring for children under 18 - Older relatives, including parents, aged 55 and older
