About this resource
This initiative assists Washington state residents, including those who are legally residing, by offering food benefits to enhance their income. The monthly benefit amount is determined by the household size, income level, and living expenses. Additionally, it provides vouchers for food lost during significant disasters.
To apply, individuals can call, visit the website, or go to any Community Service Office (CSO) for an application. Once the online or paper application is submitted, applicants will receive a letter outlining the interview process. It is essential to provide a Social Security number for each person listed on the application. Applications must be submitted by December 19, 2024, to qualify for replacing food lost in the latest disaster.
There are no associated fees.
