About this resource
This service offers complimentary one-hour consultations for legal advice on family law matters related to domestic violence. Attorneys at the clinic do not provide representation. It caters to low-income individuals residing in East, Northeast, and Southeast King County.
Intake Procedure: Contact ELAP directly; walk-ins are not permitted. For Spanish assistance, call 425-620-2778. An interpreter service is available via phone for clients who require assistance in languages other than English.
Fees: There are no charges for the service.
Who can use this
- Survivors of domestic violence in King County with a household income at or below 400% of the Federal Poverty Level are eligible, as well as individuals from other counties fleeing domestic violence in King County.
