About this resource
Offers a complimentary one-hour session with a volunteer immigration attorney to assist with immigration legal matters for low-income residents in East, Northeast, and Southeast King County.
Intake Procedure: To begin, call 2-1-1 for an initial screening. Individuals may also reach out directly to ELAP; walk-ins are not permitted. For Spanish speakers, the number is 425-620-2778. An interpreter service is available via phone for appointments at the clinic.
Fees: There are no charges for this service.
Who can use this
- Individuals of any immigration status residing in King County (excluding Seattle) with an income at or below 400% of the Federal Poverty Level and who do not have legal representation.
