Delivers information and referral services, along with educational resources related to epilepsy, developmental disabilities, and traumatic brain injury. The offerings include case management, Medicaid service coordination, Health Homes, family support services, structured day and evening programs, support groups, counseling, employment and vocational counseling, community habilitation, residential services, and Camp EAGR, a residential summer camp for children with epilepsy.
Fees: No charge.

- Residents of Broome, Cayuga, Chemung, Chenango, Cortland, Delaware, Livingston, Madison, Monroe, Oneida, Onondaga, Ontario, Oswego, Otsego, Schuyler, Seneca, Steuben, Tioga, Tompkins, Wayne, and Yates Counties.
