Offers English as a Second Language (ESL) classes. Childcare and transportation services are provided based on distance and current staffing levels.

Fees: There is an annual registration and materials fee of $40.

- Individuals aged 18 and older who are refugees or asylum-seekers; others may inquire about availability on a case-by-case basis.
