About this resource
Climate Support is a health-related social need (HRSN) service provided by the Oregon Health Plan. HRSN Climate Supports consist of devices designed to ensure safety during climate-related events. The eligible devices are intended solely for use in the member's home or primary residence and may include: -Air conditioners, heaters, and air filters to maintain clean air and comfortable temperatures -Mini refrigerators to preserve medications during power outages -Portable power supplies to run medical equipment such as ventilators during outages. Members are limited to receiving HRSN climate services once in their lifetime.

Who can use this
- Members of HealthShare/OHSU CCO must meet specific criteria, including having a qualifying living situation, a health condition that complicates climate events, access to electricity, and the ability to use the devices safely.
