About this resource
This service conducts daily phone calls to seniors and people with disabilities to ensure their well-being and to remind them about taking their medication or completing other essential activities. Additionally, it sends out cards and small gifts during holidays and on clients' birthdays. Available languages include English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Tagalog, and Tongan.
Intake Procedure: An enrollment form can be accessed online and submitted via fax. Assistance is available upon request.
Fees: There is no charge for this service.
