About this resource
As of November 23, we are currently accepting HSSP intakes solely for the waitlist in anticipation of possible future funding. Clients who are in eviction court or have been involved in eviction proceedings after January 15, 2022, may qualify to complete an intake for HSSP cohort 4. This program offers financial assistance to residents of the City of Ithaca who are at risk of losing their homes, providing $300 per month in basic income for a duration of 18 months. To be eligible, tenants must have an income at or below 30% of the Area Median Income (AMI) and must reside in the City of Ithaca.
