About this resource
A Coordinated Care Organization (CCO) serves as a local Oregon Health Plan (OHP) or Medicaid initiative designed to aid OHP members in accessing their benefits. CCOs consist of various healthcare providers within a community who collaborate to provide care for OHP members in specific areas or regions of the state. If your caller has OHP, it's advisable to recommend that they reach out to their CCO to learn about the providers or services included in their plan.
Intake Procedure: You can use the provided link to find CCOs by county for medical, mental (behavioral) health, and dental services. In cases where multiple CCOs exist in the vicinity, guide them to the OHP Client Services Unit for assistance.
Fees: Charges vary based on the type of service.
