Volunteer attorneys provide one-on-one consultations for clients who are contemplating or have already submitted bankruptcy applications. Clinics are situated in South Seattle and Downtown Seattle.
Intake Procedure: Please visit the website to complete the online intake form. If you are unable to use the form, you may call and leave a message with your name, phone number, and a brief overview of your legal matter. If you require an interpreter, please specify the language needed.
Fees: There are no charges for this service.
Who can use this
- This service is available to individuals facing debt challenges or those who are considering or have filed for bankruptcy, with clients needing to be at least 16 years old or accompanied by a parent or guardian, and it serves residents of King County or those with cases filed there.
