About this resource
This program offers a complimentary one-hour legal consultation for victims of domestic violence facing family law challenges. The location is kept confidential, and clients are required to reach out to New Beginnings for an eligibility assessment.
Intake Procedure: Clients should call New Beginnings - Community Advocacy Program at (206) 783-2848 on Wednesdays from 1-3pm for eligibility screening. Appointments can be scheduled for the same day unless an interpreter is needed.
Fees: There are no charges for this service.
Who can use this
- This service is available to victims of domestic violence with family law concerns, specifically for residents of King County or those with cases filed there, and may also assist out-of-state clients by phone when necessary.
