Community advocates offer individualized support to victims who are not residing in shelters, focusing on educating them about domestic violence, safety planning, and counseling services. They also work in collaboration with the criminal justice system and various service providers.

- Individuals affected by domestic violence are eligible, including Trans* clients who are respected with their chosen pronouns, teens considered on a case-by-case basis, families with diverse dependents, and those with a criminal background.
