This program offers rental support to families with children who have previously engaged with a Mary's Place initiative; applications can be completed online without the need for advance notice.
Intake Process: Visit the website to complete the eligibility screening form. Your details will be entered into a lottery for potential assistance. If chosen, the prevention team will reach out to conduct a brief eligibility assessment to determine if you qualify. If not selected that week, you will receive an email notification and will be re-entered into the lottery for potential assistance the following week. The online form is accessible in various languages.

Who can use this
- Families with at least one minor child in their care who have previously utilized a Mary’s Place family shelter, mobile outreach, prevention program, or the King County Emergency Family Shelter Intake Line may qualify for rental assistance if they meet certain screening criteria.
