About this resource
Transportation is arranged for individuals with a valid DSHS ProviderOne ID card to access eligible Medicaid-covered medical services, provided they have no other means of getting there.
Intake Procedure: New customers should call at least 2 business days prior to their medical appointment, with a screening process that lasts about 5 minutes. Existing customers can schedule rides online or by phone.
Fees: A DSHS ProviderOne medical ID card is required.
Who can use this
- Individuals using a DSHS ProviderOne ID card (Medicaid/Apple Health) for eligible medical appointments may qualify for transportation, provided they do not have alternative means of travel.
