About this resource
This service offers transportation to and from eligible medical services covered by Medicaid for individuals possessing a valid DSHS ProviderOne ID card who do not have alternative means of transport.
Intake Process: New customers should call at least 2 business days prior to their medical appointment to schedule. The screening process takes approximately 5 minutes. Existing customers can arrange rides online or by phone.
Fees: A DSHS ProviderOne medical ID card is required.
Who can use this
- Individuals using a DSHS ProviderOne ID card (Medicaid/Apple Health) for eligible medical visits may qualify for transportation, provided they have no other means to reach their appointments.
