Transportation is organized for individuals with a valid DSHS ProviderOne ID card who do not have another way to access eligible Medicaid-covered medical services.
Intake Procedure: New customers should call at least 2 business days prior to their medical appointment, with the screening process taking about 5 minutes. Existing customers can schedule rides either online or by phone.
Fees: A DSHS ProviderOne medical ID card is required.
Who can use this
- Individuals using a DSHS ProviderOne ID card (Medicaid/Apple Health) for eligible medical visits may qualify for transportation, provided they lack other means of transport.
