About this resource
Transportation services are arranged for individuals with a valid DSHS ProviderOne ID card who need to access eligible Medicaid-covered medical services and do not have alternative transportation.
Intake Procedure: New customers should call at least 2 business days prior to their medical appointment for scheduling, which includes a 5-minute screening. Existing customers can schedule rides either online or by phone.
Fees: A valid DSHS ProviderOne medical ID card is required.
Who can use this
- Individuals with a DSHS ProviderOne ID card (Medicaid/Apple Health) for eligible medical visits may qualify for transportation, provided they have no other means to reach their appointments.
