About this resource
This initiative provides affordable housing throughout the state for low-income individuals, couples, families, older adults, and individuals with disabilities, in one- to three-bedroom apartments, while also offering a variety of support services.

Fees: Rent varies depending on the property and household income. There is a $25 application fee for each adult member of the household. The security deposit may be equivalent to one month's rent.
Who can use this
- Eligible households must meet various income criteria, typically between 30-60% of the Area Median Income, with some properties catering specifically to older adults, people with disabilities, and certain household sizes. Availability may be on a first-come, first-served basis, and some units are designated for those transitioning from homelessness. Pet-friendly options exist, and all properties maintain a smoke-free environment.
