About this resource
This program provides outreach services that include support for housing and job searches, help with obtaining identification such as ID and Social Security cards, assistance with applying for replacement birth certificates and covering associated fees, general mail delivery, requests for credit reports, and support with SNAP and OHP applications. Additionally, it connects individuals to resources for savings, spending, educational planning, and life skills development. Mobile Navigators are available to meet clients in convenient public locations.
